By joining the Wicked Profits service:

• You understand that, in return for your membership fee, you will receive exclusive access to our trade recommendations via the members area of this website.

• You understand that 30 day memberships and 90 day memberships automatically renew until you cancel your subscription.  You will not be automatically re-billed for a 180 day membership or a 365 day membership.

• You understand that you can instantly cancel your membership at anytime 24 / 7 by going here.  However, in order to avoid being charged for an extra month or an extra three months, you must cancel your membership before your next scheduled billing date.  If you do not, you will be re-billed and will not be eligible for a refund.  All cancellations must be done using our automated cancellation system by following the link above.

• You understand your trial starts on the day you join our service.

• You understand that failure to cancel your membership during your trial will result in a non-refundable charge for a 30 day membership, 90 day membership, 180 day membership, or 365 day membership.

• You understand that the trial offer applies only to new customers.  If you, or anyone else at your address, previously joined our service and you sign up again, you will be charged the trial fee ($90) plus an additional fee ($150) if you use the 90 day membership button ($90 + $150 = $240 regular price) or your membership expiration date will be reduced by 30 days if you use the 30 day membership button.  The additional $150 charge is non-refundable.  If you were previously a customer, please follow the directions listed here.

• You understand that if, during any given option cycle, we fail to recommend a trade that is successfully executed by auto-traders, you will receive the next month of service for free (assuming you join the service prior to the beginning of the current month and your account was active during at least one day of the no trade cycle).

• You understand that all sales are final.  No refunds.

• You understand that option trading involves risk.  You can lose money.

• You understand that all recommendations are for personal use only.  You may not share them, sell them, publish them, or trade them in anyone else's account but your own.  This means that a financial advisor is not authorized to share, sell, publish, or trade our recommendations in a client's account.

• You understand that if you are a hedge fund manager, financial advisor, investment advisor, money manager, mutual fund manager, investment pool operator, financial broker, internet publisher of financial information, or you work within another industry which involves you managing investment capital or publishing financial information, you may not join this service if your profession involves options trading or publishing options information.
